Adam served as a strategist and key decision-maker in the company’s development from the startup phase through the business cycle. While working for Bell Ag, Adam represented the company in front of the IRS, banks, investors, and shareholders as the CFO. Adam also served as a Venture Coach at the University of Miami’s Launch Pad, offering career guidance, resources, and advice to students, alum, and local entrepreneurs in the Miami area. Recently, Adam co-founded K-Lawyers, an outsourcing virtual collaboration network between law firms and independent attorneys across the United states, which provides transactional service at a discounted price and 10x efficiency.

Mary is the CEO and Co-Founder of an award-winning technology startup taptl. Though she continues to manage much of taptl’s current operations and development as a successful tech-startup. Mary has experience in patenting by her own utility patent pending for a transparent TV.  She’s launched three startups, including taptl and two online marketplace platforms. Mary has successfully raised a seed round, and her startup was awarded a $50,000 grant. Mary has extensive experience with three accelerators and she has pitched at SXSW. Finally, she is witness to both the perks and consequences of running a startup, she has been sued and has sued, she has fired employees, dealt with investors, and has overseen production and assisted in selection of advisors, manufacturers, and engineers to maintain organized growth and prepare for scalability.
